Thank you for your submission
Dear Author,
We have received your submission.
Your paper will go with a detailed peer review process. Below is a step-by-step process of the editorial workflow.
Step 1 – We will start with the Plagiarism Check as the first step. If the Plagiarism/Similarity is above 10% or any AI-generated content is found, we will send the article back to you to correction. You may choose to modify and re-submit or cancel the submission.
Step 2 – If you submission is below 10% Plagiarism/Similarity and no AI-generated content is found, we will send your submission for double blind peer review to atleast 2 reviewers (maybe more). Reviewers may take around 3-4 weeks to review and provide feedback with their decision.
Step 3 – Based on the decision of peer reviewers, your submission will fall under any one of the following:
- Accept without any changes (acceptance): The journal will publish the paper in its original form. This type of decision outcome is rare
- Accept with minor revisions (acceptance): The journal will publish the paper and asks the author to make small corrections. This is typically the best outcome that authors should hope for
- Accept after major revisions (conditional acceptance): The journal will publish the paper provided the authors make the changes suggested by the reviewers and/or editors
- Revise and resubmit (conditional rejection): The journal is willing to reconsider the paper in another round of decision making after the authors make major changes
- Reject the paper (outright rejection): The journal will not publish the paper or reconsider it even if the authors make major revisions
Step 4 – If your submission is accepted, you will be asked to make the payment of the APC.
Step 5 – Post the payment of APC, the submission will be published within 7 days along with the peer review reports and the Turnitin Similarity report. Certificate of publication is also issued once the article is published.
Thank you.
