The Law Brigade Group’s focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation by our internal team.
In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations by individual authors, the details are covered under Article Withdrawal Policy. Article Withdrawal Policy will supersede all other cancellation policy for individual authors.
For Cancellation by Organizational Members, Institutional Members, Society Members, the member should contact The Law Brigade’s team with valid reasons. Cancellations can only be permitted on legal disputes arising out of service quality issues. However, before cancellation, both parties should mandatorily give a chance to the other party to resolve any issue which is resulting in cancellation. Only after the dissatisfactory resolution, the parties can move further the negotiation for cancellation. The result of the cancellation negotiation will be binding.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in cases when the member and the management have agreed and negotiated the cancellation.
Refunds will be issued to the banking instrument provided by the client.
No refund will be provided to an individual author only because the individual author affects the payment after the service is being offered. An individual author is not satisfied can opt for cancellation under Article Withdrawal Policy before affecting the payment.
